He established his first business straight out of college designing, manufacturing and marketing consumer products to major retailers throughout North America. Mike has built, bought, merged and sold several successful businesses over his 30 year career. During this time, he also provided consulting services to diverse U.S. and Canadian product manufacturers in both sales/marketing and operational leadership roles.

As a small business owner of 2 restaurants, (Pizza Delight 1670 water street, Miramichi NB and Decker Boy restaurant in Rogersville NB) He has over 30 years in the restaurant industry.
Brian is also co-owner and Construction Manager for Britt-Can Construction group. Brian is responsible for overseeing construction projects, which includes the conceptualization and design work, cost estimations, ordering of materials as well as the coordination and supervision of contractors and sub-contractors.

James' background is in Retail & Commercial focusing on many different products surrounding the Construction Market. His background also includes Imports and Distribution within North America. He has grown up in the Moncton NB area with the family business working many different roles learning how a business functions. He has a Bachelor in Business with the majority of his career focused on growth and sales of the businesses. He recently returned from a 20 year stint in the United States as a Consultant as well as running and partnering in a second business while he was there. His time in the United States has helped him understand the differences in business methodologies of both Countries allowing him to choose the right methods for different situations.
His passion is working with a team to attain growth of a business to reach their potential. His curiosity and integrity in working with people has always directed him in choosing the right direction to move towards.
